ngl if Apple released a lighter weight & more comfortable version of this very headset with the same-powered internals exactly one year from now i'd buy it it's part of my daily flow now and the nice part about Apple is you know you could trade-in your current headset for probably 50% to 65% of what you paid for it

i sort of doubt they will go with an annual release cycle given the price of this thing but there's an argument to make that they will as they want to quickly ramp up the install base as much as possible to get more people into spatial computing and thus attract more app devs will be interesting to watch

why not have the lightweight, screen-only headset (preferably Saturn shades) and a separate box/device for the chips etc? i would wear the equivalent of a fanny pack for the experience you’ve been sharing

can you help me understand how it is part of your daily flow? I bought one yesterday and maybe I'm just feeling a little too "not quite ready to go around the house in my headset", but I'm considering returning it. I also need to mess around with it a bit more so hoping you can give me some inspiration
