It is a huge waste of time and resources. I wonder how these two remain at war with crypto/innovation despite losing every time. It seems like they represent opaque special interests, but don't sleep on ego either. History is littered with failed crusades based on ego and revenge.

Literally our tax dollars are used to fight ourselves in court, it's amazing. Atleast they lose..but might as well instruct the SEC to just donate our tax money to lawyers at that point 😅
