why does it feel like eye tracking is dead on accurate at times, and then totally frustrating at others? could minute headset positioning be affecting it? or are my eyes just imperceptibly lazy at times and screwing things up?

I’ve been wondering this too. I think our eyes don’t work the way we intuitively think they do tbh. Navigating Vision Pro menus is basically a free “how distracted are you when looking at a website” measurement tool if you start watching where you naturally drift

i think as i’ve been using it more i’m realizing how inaccurate it was and maybe am getting a bit too “comfortable”. typing and clicking on UI elements (esp safari) was slow on day 1 but overall pretty accurate but a week later i’m struggling to do a lot of it.
