This is why strong IP is crucial for startups. Without it, there’s no protection from the big guys. Still isn’t over tho, if Biden doesn’t veto the ITC judgment Apple will appeal to the Federal Circuit.

Idk how it balances out honestly. What other leverage does a startup like Masimo have though?
