i often come across people who say “but elon musk’s parents owned emeralds mine.”

i just question whether any of these people could have made it to where he stands now if they had rich parents.

better to learn than to think ‘eh, he had rich parents.’

i don’t know or care about his upbringing in details, but i admire his dreams and persistence.
