Five years from now, what will be seen as a more impactful launch this year: GPT 4 or Apple headset?

GPT-4. Apple VR may expand or even define category, but I think Oculus is close enough that Apple’s product won’t be seen as revolutionary as iPhone, for instance. Parallel would be if Android had come out first.

Agreed on the second point. n900 was a cool device but it didn’t have multitouch fwiw, I think that is a pretty defining feature of modern smartphones.

The Nokia n900 was more powerful than the original iPhone and a few years earlier
