day 11 (week 2), this is the third time i have tried to implement the idea of creating a wrapper for all of the documents on the /nuclear regulatory commission (NRC) site.

it's been a struggle to scrap all of the pdf links/ some of them still link to old html links that are broken. going to dig into the code/ nrc website to fix this.
