sometimes it doesn't - i have some rudimentary three.js code that works as a .ply viewer, but I can't seem to get my website to implement it in the page. It maybe permissions, but i was also thinking if i can wrap it in an iframe it might work. I haven't spent too long troubleshooting tbh

That does not surprise me. If you can also become an expert in how to optimise pointcloud viewers for iframe then I might have a little consultancy job for you πŸ˜‰

GM As the poppies begin to bloom, the scans follow suit. Just to be clear, this is a 3D scan made with Gaussian Splatting, rather than a video of the bouquet

really nice work - I'm AMAZED at how quickly you learn stuff. 3D one week, websites the next. What on the horizon now? maybe build a motorbike?

Not sure what channel to post this in - but here's a new 3D scan of some poppies. Working on my Gaussian Splatting workflow is really beginning to pay dividends

got some of my work in a beautiful new publication by Vetro Editions. It's called Neobotanica, and is a catalogue of digital flora. Lots of familiar names in this book!

GM Recently I've been researching the Tulip Breaking Virus, and may be making some work in relation to that. Here's an early test piece

working on the V2 of the /lanparty website 🌷 will have a sleeker design, include lots more info about what we do, + a blog/magazine style format that centralises our published texts.
