In the last few weeks 5 different people have told me to order magnesium to increase sleep performance Curious to see if it works

I have weighed on on this on elsewhere ad nauseam, but Pillar Performance Triple Magnesium is your best option here. I have seen a pretty significant improvement in deep + rem sleep over the past 4 months of taking it. Much improved relative to other magnesium supplements I've tried (Momentous, etc)

I take it every night, my body doesn’t process nutrients properly, the magnesium helps with the absorption and def helps with difficulty sleeping

Make sure you use magnesium glycinate or threonate otherwise it can’t be absorbed properly. I recommend glycinate because it’s cheaper

I tried the huberman stack with threonate for a month and didn’t see any measurable difference in my data nor how I felt.

I take it about once a week. Too much and trapped in nightmares. But refreshing deep sleep nightmares.

I’ve found it to be marginally helpful. I probably need to clean up some other parts of my sleep routine to see a greater benefit

It will help with muscle recovery which inadvertently helps with sleep. I also do Epsom salt baths. That’s more effective for sleep imo
