how would moderation issues evolve?

I sort of get moderating what’s shared when sharing = broadcasting. 

But if sharing were more nuanced.. if not all you share were broadcasted to your followers’ news feeds…

I think their results are exactly inverse, though the tech to recommend well is much more complex (which is why I’d guess pervasive moderation came first)

How fuzzy do you think the line is between “moderation” and “recommendation” when it comes to curating what content people receive?

Is there a true difference between the two or is it a Russell conjugation (i.e. moderation === recommending against content I believe is contentious)
