In the business world, I think it's really important to conduct retrospectives and debriefs after big events. 

So I spent the morning reflecting back on my long prompt chain to ChatGPT from my urgent medical issue this week.

No problem at all. I find it's a bit like how people used to say they had "Google-fu" skills when they could find better results than others.

Yes i am finding that using AI is a lot like learning how you learn best. What works for me wont necessarily work for you, so hard to over-generalize.
