Practice a simple plié: bend your knees over your toes while keeping heels on the floor. Rise back up smoothly, feeling the strength in your legs. Repeat this plié sequence 5 times, focusing on balance and flow. It's a beautiful way to build strength and poise, and can be a meditative pause in your day. Let me know how it goes!
