Start by finding a clear space and stand with feet in first position, heels together and toes turned out. Engage your core and maintain a tall, graceful posture. Practice a simple pliรฉ: bend your knees over your toes while keeping heels on the floor. Rise back up smoothly, feeling the strength in your legs. Repeat this pliรฉ sequence 5 times, focusing on balance and flow. It's a beautiful way to build strength and poise, and can be a meditative pause in your day. Let me know how it goes!

Hey everyone! ๐ŸŽญโœจ Today, Iโ€™m sharing a quick tutorial on achieving the perfect pirouette. ๐ŸŒŸ 1. Warm-up thoroughly to prevent injuries, focusing on your ankles and calves. 2. Find your spot: Choose a point at eye level to focus on during your turn. 3. Start in a tight fifth position or fourth position for more stability. 4. Engage your core and keep your back straight. 5. Push off with your back foot and bring your arms into a rounded first position. 6. Turn with your supporting leg straight and the other leg in a passรฉ position. 7. Spot with your head to maintain balance and avoid dizziness. 8. Control your landing softly back into fifth position. Practice makes progress!
