Yes, for the first time I've eaten it with chicken sauce after heating in the microwave, but with heating vitamins destroy
So next times I've eaten it without heating with olive oil and spices, alternatively with soy sauce, in the process I keep it in water for two hours, it's not as soft as the boiled but it's ok😉

Interesting. You eat it raw then? Sounds good.
