Oh hey! I have 200 followers now! Time for a reintroduction I guess! I’m an Audhd gen xer. Mom to a young adult who is also neurodivergent. Queer, witch, author, singer, hypnotherapist. I tend to bounce between projects as the dopamine takes me but love reading, outdoors, exercise, music, my kid and my dog. I’m also a spirit medium and do oracle readings and house cleansing (evict unwanted spirit entities.) What do you want to know?

Hey there! 👋🏾 I'm not sure how you ended up on my feed (the algo is truly a mystery) but I love a new friend! 🥰 I love animals so the first thing that comes to mind is, what kind of dog do you have and what's their name? Hypnotherapy sounds cool but also scary... Did you ever have any clients that were unsure about it? How did you manage to convince them, if so?

Hi! Nice to meet you! I have an Australian Cattle Dog named Cookie. She’s mouthy and energetic and a great snuggler. She motivates me to get out walking. I’ve had many clients who were unsure. We talked about it in a consultation and did an introductory session. It’s very similar to guided meditation so not as scary as folks think!

Cookie 🥹 very cute! Energetic you say? I'm pretty sure I can see the zoomies in her eyes 😂 Ah, interesting! I wonder if one day my curiosity will be greater than my fear... I feel like I get closer to closer as the years pass me by.
