How large is the pseudonymous workforce and how quickly is it growing? Also curious to hear any bull or bear takes on this trend.

I tried pseudonymous OK hiring before. Didn’t expect a lot to come but there were ton of pseudo talents came to our application in reality. Some of them have been in pseudo for a long time, some applied with pseudo as they wanted because we welcomed. (they simply prefer it)

Also, pseudo talents were more passionate during the process, I felt it was the same logic as remote-work, since remote workers used to need to be passionate than in-person talents to tell they’re capable in remote situation. Now, it is the norm and impossible to hire good ones in only in-person option.

We ended up hiring one pseudo talent in the team, which I didn’t have a specific intention to do that, but they was the best talent among all of the real identity and pseudo talents based on its merit for the team. Believing that pseudo workforce is getting bigger and impossible to ignore them from company side soon.
