I present, the French 75. the perfect brunch beverage. a classic cocktail. 1.5 oz gin (imo Hendricks) 0.5 oz lemon juice 0.5 oz simple syrup 3oz champagne (top off after mixing the rest) Garnish with a lemon. Served in a Champagne flute.
