the perfect brunch beverage. a classic cocktail.

1.5 oz gin (imo Hendricks)
0.5 oz lemon juice 
0.5 oz simple syrup
3oz champagne (top off after mixing the rest)

Garnish with a lemon. Served in a Champagne flute.

this drink is not nearly popular enough. had to argue with a waiter to order one. saying they didn't have it. c'mon just bc you don't know what it is doesn't mean the bartender doesn't.
