has there been any discussions about adding 'permanent bids' to the auctions? I have a price that I'd be willing to pay for a noun, I'd love to be able to bid once & not pay gas every day. and maybe it could be held in something like stETH so that the bid would slowly grow over time?

Can you put that bid on a secondary market place? If the auction is lower than your bid, likely someone will scoop it up and sell to you

Yeah I could! That doesn't feel as good though. The way I'm thinking about buying a noun is I donate eth to the dao & get a gov vote in return, bidding on secondary supports arbitraging instead. Plus it is annoying because you need to lock up 2x the amount of ETH in WETH & BLURETH to have offers on both OS and Blur

I think about those as the fee you pay for the service. Your ETH still flows to the treasury. But agree it’s more fun to interact directly with the auction.
