PSA for dapp devs working with wallet connections:

Don't make browser extension wallets fight for the `window.ethereum` object every time the page loads.

Give them a forum to introduce themselves – send the `eip6963:requestProvider` event, then listen for `eip6963:announceProvider` detail objects.

My main contribution as an author was namespacing the custom JavaScript event names with an `eip6963:` prefix.
