Is there a command to force clean everything that was “partially” uninstalled before?

``` brew autoremove brew cleanup --prune=all ``` autoremove is the closest to achieving your goal cleanup removes old versions of pkgs and it auto runs once/30d. With prune=all you force a more recent cleanup
