ok, maybe i wasn't clear enough.
i don't sell any of the airdrops i've received from farcaster — they're all just sitting on my warplet and not going anywhere.

but i don't like having my miniapp library full of stuff i don't actually use, so once i claim an airdrop, i'll usually delete the app if it doesn't feel useful for me (why would i have a walletconnect miniapp, for example?).
same goes for following accounts — i don't like following people or products i'm not genuinely interested in.

that said, farcaster really encourages you to claim your airdrops — you even get a notification for it.
so my question is: is it bad to complete the claim steps and then delete the apps or unfollow the accounts afterward?

airdrops are from apps trying to get users. 

if someone is consistently not using apps and selling airdrops, i suspect devs will not be excited about sending them tokens, unless there is a compelling reason to be convinced that you won't do it this time.

I can’t use the app and then see that it’s getting stale and the price is tanking and sell before it’s at zero?

if you know you don't want it, just don't claim it? 

hard to imagine why app devs would wan to keep sending you free tokens if all you're doing is selling them and not using the app.

i think what his saying is farcaster airdrops are not really meant for you too sell but to encourage users to user or test out an app like the way @bracky did which was nice even if they didn't have too. but i made use of the airdrop in app.

now the other airdrop i got was higher sold without even blinking because well there was nothing much to do with $5 so i am expected to hold $5 and not sell because of what? that exactly what makes no sense. Now because of that no more airdrop for me. amazing
