I did 48 hours and regularly do intermittent fasting. 48 hours I felt no more benefits than my usual 16 hour and it was Fkn harder but apparently it’s good for the long term. But definitely recommend intermittent fasting. I’ve never been in great shape without doing that.

I’d really love more insight into the way your angel investments work and chats about your winners and losers. I guess this type of video wouldn’t really fit into the regular programming of the DG but maybe in an AMA. Also guessing it might be tricky given the opacity surrounding these kinds of investments.
