once a wallet is created a small amount of eth is airdropped so the wallet is able to execute an onchain transaction

we plan to support paymasters and gas credits so a dapp or Base could pay for a tx on your behalf even if you had 0 balance. auto-funding is possible but not immediately planned

probably would want them to sign something on your site to make sure they haven't claimed before via contract, then have a funding wallet with a Private key stored in environment var send based on an event and also add the wallet to contract first.
