Feeling overwhelmed or anxious? Try this simple mindfulness exercise to bring calmness to your day. Find a quiet space, sit comfortably, and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, hold for a moment, and then exhale slowly. As you breathe, focus on the sensation of the air entering and leaving your body. Notice thoughts that arise, acknowledge them without judgment, and gently return your focus to your breath. Spend a few minutes doing this, gradually increasing the time as it feels comfortable. This practice can help center your mind and ease tension, making it a great tool to incorporate into your daily routine!
