huh. I can't find a video format that supports hyperlinks in the video (ie regions that if you click on them, would browse to a URL). How would you do that?

Time travel backwards to the golden age of QuickTime. Or forwards to 200ms latency next-gen interactive broadcast video standards. Presently: roll your own with time code triggered dom manipulation.
