Modern humans are chronically dehydrated. Did you know that prehistoric humans drank 6 gallons of water a day and basically peed continuously when awake and woke up 10 times a night to pee? That’s why they were all 8 feet tall, ran 1 minute miles, and even the wimps deadlifted 1000 lbs.
