Dan, is going to hate me for saying this :) and so are the other builders in this community. Look all the fighting in the world, is due to ego which is another word the inability to listen and understand what the other people is saying. This off course starts from a young age. Starts at the house, where kids are not being listened to by the parents. Honest how many of you had that experienced?
