So I’m new to the fitness game in that I’ve never been a “fitness” person, but I started daily treadmill walks about a little over a month and 1/2 ago and was doing just over a mile in the course of an hour. 

As of today, I’m now at 2.3 in the same time frame. 

Small steps for big goals for me 🥹

An update: we’re now at 2.6
