Section one focused on laying the groundwork of the Open Money framework, emphasizing the need for permissionless, scalable, and accessible systems. 

Section two looks more specifically at the money aspects of Open Money. We start with a basic definition of money. We'll look at the history of money (it turns out every disruptive money technology was initially controversial and required a long adoption runway, likely because of human psychology). 

The basic gist of section two will be to show how money, like the internet, are evolving quickly right now -- and the two systems are changing together, which provides ideal conditions for Open Money. 

You could say that this section is historical in a way. We look back to try to understand what might be around the corner...if only we could do that in other facets of public discourse right now.
