just got back to my studio yoga practice today after a bit of a hiatus finished up with a 15 minute session in the sauna feelsgoodman will hit the weights either tomorrow or the next day 💪

What's your weights program? I've been doing the full body lifting instead of splits past month and it's super refreshing

how many days a week do you do full body? I'm still on a 5 day split schedule but thinking of switching it up

Doing 5 days 4 consecutive but only 3 sets per muscle to not overdo it. Feels fine & refreshing anytime I try and get good results. I think you're in same cohort as me but for newer folks they shouldn't do consecutive days

oh man that's still pretty intense. What are the main lifts your doing? My problem is deciding which lifts to cut in order to not be at the gym for like 4 hours doing full body 😅
