yesterday i made brazilian cheese bread for the first time. 

it's still far from perfect, but it turned out delicious. it's absolutely beautiful with wine.

i didn’t expect this will become popular and didn’t share recipe at the beginning. my bad, so once more 

brazilian cheese bread. 
- milk - 175 ml
- olive oil - 75 ml (next time i’ll test with 50 ml)
- salt 1 teaspoon and 1 large egg
- cheese - 100 g (ideally parmesan, finely grated)
- tapioca starch - 175 g (a measuring glass equals 200 g of flour)

Mix all the ingredients in one bowl, stir a little with a spoon so that the starch does not crumble, then beat everything with a blender for 1 minute. 

Pour the dough into the mold, bake for 20-24 minutes at 180 degrees
