Ahoy all, good to be here. I have genuine questions and am keen to learn more. Iām currently immersed in https://www.themythicbody.com yet I find myself blocked in somatic practices; I tend to fall prey to intellectual fascination rather than any embodied (let alone devotional) practice. I shall dive deeper here āØ

Welcome! Glad to see you here. Please feel free to ask questions anytime. If things go well in this new channel, maybe @trishd and I will consider doing an AMA in a slightly more organized way. I can relate to the tendency to over-intellectualize, including holding oneself at a certain distance from embodied knowing.
