Same. I'm not a gamer at all, so if I could exclude all gaming mini-apps from my feed forever, I'd do so.

On the other hand, I'd love to be notified about high-quality literary/word-nerd apps.

My fav mini-apps so far: APL Daily, APOD, Paragraph, and Buoy.

The severe lack of search/category features for mini-apps seems like something that would be super easy to solve and the longer it takes the less visibility certain apps will get which means they will likely die out from a lack of attention. I'm also definitely not personally a fan of games/gambling related stuff - would love to explore other apps.

I don't know how easy the categorization feature would be to solve, but that's a good point about how reduced visibility can have a self-reinforcing effect.

I imagine it's just a matter of time and we'll eventually have categories or tags.
