Deep Worth is a journal project on the worth of creative labor, and an inquiry into sustainable funding patterns for the work of those who practice art forms. 

It features four new writings by yours truly:

- How Did Deep Worth Get Started?
- Why Am I Writing On Notion?
- Is Creative Work Ever “Free”?

The project is Farcaster-seeded — it's a liminal space of open-ended inquiry, spawned via a thoughtful group chat of about 30 people, with ample room for the FC scenius to shape its direction. 

I'll be maintaining an ongoing journal of informal writings and snippet collections there (including uploads of selected material from my "professional anticareerist" era). 

Looking forward to seeing what's next.

This cast was quickly buried, of course, but I pinned it to my profile since I plan to write a lot more on related topics.

Questions about the worth of creative labor are particularly salient for me right now due to my current life circumstances, so I'm using that as a lens to frame the questions I write about. 

But I'd like this journal project to focus more on the larger structural issues involved, and how they play out in the Farconomy.

I feel like I needed to take some time (and mental space) to carefully read thru your notion posts. These are some of the most important conversations we need to have in this space and I'm really looking forward to see how this develops!
