Soo I found this beautiful slow playlist, and it made me think, maybe that could be a community curation exercise to make one with all our favorite slow pieces (all genres)?

I recommend "Morgonmåne" by the Swedish virtuoso Ulf Söderberg. 

(BTW, he's my all-time fav musician and I'll be publishing an interview with him later this year).
