Beautifully articulated and right on target. I agree 100% with this take. I'd like to see Zora add more "onchain Tumblr" literary elements too. I spend a lot of time on Zora anyway; it's already a hangout of sorts, and mint rewards reinforce this. Is this brilliant piece mintable, or if not, can you make it so?

@resipsa
that is so kind of you, Danica. i am glad it resonates. i've trimmed it down a bit and it is now mintable (: https://zora.co/collect/zora:0x8d0d3218fb97d8fb816f7e40a4682c51f1664cde/premint-1

Happy to mint! I also think the point you made in the first version about materially changing the readers' relationship with the content (by using onchain paywalls or forcing utility "as though the art doesn't speak for itself") is important. If you ever decide to edit it, I'd encourage you to add that bit back in.

That said, one of the reasons I love this piece is the strong emphasis on the emotional value of the content and the *collective* cost of inadequate financial support for creators. Would be excited to see you write more on these topics, if you're so inclined!
