I, too, find Jacob’s phrase “public finance” inspiring. This morning I sketched out a few rough thoughts about “philosophy of public finance,” “principles of value flow in public finance,” etc., in relation to Jacob’s Hyperstructures essay.

No idea where this will lead, but it sure is fun to ponder. :)

(just briefly chiming in to say that the notion of “public finance” is really resonating with me right now. Sitting with this for a bit. Could be a very useful frame.)
