I think it’s a great idea as long as the qualifying criteria for obtaining the uniform distribution is not based solely on cast freq or engament. Like idea that posting in smaller channels can up degen allocation — bound to see less engagement posting into those groups, but depth of discussions happen there.

I'd love to see better ways to find and reward the thoughtful deep-dive discussions that happen in smaller and less visible channels. Cast frequency + engagement aren't sufficient for that.
