You get a Series LLC in either WY, DE or Marshall. Series are eg what AngelList uses for their roll-up funds. They get spun up by entering into a contract with a Master. Each Master LLC is registered in eg Delaware under DE Law. Each individual Series is not as such registered in Delaware but is created under DE law.

This is wild! Love this direction. QQ: I read through the docs but didn't see an explicit link to the Master LLC's full operating agreement, or to the template operating agreement that will be registered for the Series LLC when I create one. Also would like to understand the mailing-address setup better...

Looks like these docs are viewable from your dashboard after you establish the LLC... But I would also really love to see the operating agreements for the Master and Series LLCs before I create one. :-) https://docs.otoco.io/docs/files-and-templates
