the juice of fermented vegetables/fruits is incredibly famous and common in Turkey. We call it tursu suyu which means pickle juice basically :D It’s truly amazing!

Oh I found a pickle shop in Istanbul, it was incredible, I was in heaven. I got so many kinds of pickles and kept them in my hotel room during Devconnect.

Yeah, purple onion pickles have fortunately become pretty widespread at restaurants around me. I've made them a few times, it's crazy easy and very delicious.

Yeah I would like to drink one now 😅 some of pickles actually very easy to prepare. I usually make pickle purple onions and it adds extra flavor to almost every average-tasting dish. Highly recommended🤌
