the juice of fermented vegetables/fruits is incredibly famous and common in Turkey. We call it tursu suyu which means pickle juice basically :D It’s truly amazing! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKm-lNtgjyI

Oh I found a pickle shop in Istanbul, it was incredible, I was in heaven. I got so many kinds of pickles and kept them in my hotel room during Devconnect.

Yeah I would like to drink one now 😅 some of pickles actually very easy to prepare. I usually make pickle purple onions and it adds extra flavor to almost every average-tasting dish. Highly recommended🤌

Yeah, purple onion pickles have fortunately become pretty widespread at restaurants around me. I've made them a few times, it's crazy easy and very delicious.
