What ever happened to all the organic industrial design that 3d printing was supposed to bring us? https://i.imgur.com/rRXD8dQ.jpg

I guess it's hard to compete with the efficiency of a monoblock chair, eh? Like this style would only make sense in ad-hoc designs, probably, where customization was critical & the use was uncommon?

Big gap between good design/ technology and the possibilities inherent in it. Same here 'Gaudi' forgot, to clean a mixer after use, or remove fingerprints and curls of dust from the microwave. https://www.yankodesign.com/2022/12/29/ai-generated-gaudi-like-kitchen-and-home-appliances-add-aesthetics-to-your-space/

Not to mention the 3d printers we would all have at home so we wouldn't have to go to the hardware store, we could just print a wrench etc. And the custom sneakers we would all be walking around in. Mass personalisation!
