back at the gym after some time off with a foot injury! I spent some time rehabbing it properly before smashing out: - shoulder DB press - DB split stance RDLs - 20 minute EMOM with wall balls, push ups + bicep curls ended up doing 120 wall balls total ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ goal is to do a Hyrox comp in about 4-6 months!

Iโ€™ve had it for about 2 months (rip) but I have not been rehabbing it properly, I got it from increasing my running volume considerably. hoping with more dedicated daily rehab Iโ€™ll be able to heal it + be able to start running again soon ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿฝ
