100%. I have habit of self-deprecating which I've always considered a virtue. But starting to see it as a crutch. By mocking my own self value I'm avoiding the pain of someone else doing it. And for those who know and respect me, it's tedious. Just another normal-neurotic behaviour to work on. Thx for crystalizing.
