I’m specially talking about the decision making skills of founders,VCs,teams etc. these decisions don’t take years they take 5 minutes and “yes”.

Houses have standard plans, that exist due to centuries of research and work that went into architecture and design so that they can be built safely and efficiently. Anything off the beaten path, more bespoke, takes years.

The kind of cryptography used in things that aren't just another EVM clone does not have the same luxury of centuries of research and development, and implementations are almost always brand new. Going fast gets you tract housing. Going slow gets you Frank Lloyd Wright.

Trying to get people to make decisions is like pulling teeth.

The love of $$$ ruins everything, it's just a tool, but we forget that
