This is my second day as a non-smoker. Smoked for 20 years, quit yesterday. Was done because of the fact that it sort of controlled my life and patterns. I literally been a smoker since I was 14 years old, so I can't wait to experience life without. Feels weird, but also feels like a fresh start. ๐Ÿ’œ

It's very hard to do especially as its been a long time smoking. Just take it easy on yourself. Also good luck 199 $degen

Dude its insane how much smoking was part of whatever I was doing on a daily basis. Oh do I have enough left? Need to leave in a couple mins, let's smoke now. Oh cooking takes another 20 mins, so lets smoke now. That kind of shit is actually insane. Only noticing how toxic it really was right now.

Oh itโ€™s so toxic. It was a huge part of my life, I mean huge. Same thing as you, smoking in the car was my favourite. Road trip, remember the cigs. Drinks, always go for places with smoking areas.

Haha its so pathetic to even think about. I did stop smoking inside for a while already. Did my first beers without a cig last night with friends that actually still smoked. I didn't feel any regrets for my decision tbh. I don't want to be a slave of that industry no more. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
