would be awesome if I could actually use it, but Coinbase Compliance Team has been absolutely awful at handling KYC requests and absolutely professional at ignoring emails.

i started the verification process 6 months ago. haven't received the reply since 4 months ago.

i've been misheard and compliance team treated me as UK user (despite me being in Ukraine) and asked for UK tax forms.
