1. The "Trending Frames" tab which I believe was designed to help people discover cool frames is not effective to me as there is a huge variety of frames that I don't find interesting. Having them classified by categories or tags might help App Clients to recommend better Frames to a specific user.

That might be specified in `fc:frame:tag`. I.e: I'm building a "OP Mainnet to Base Mainnet Bridge Frame". I'd most likely put tags: "op", "base", "bridge". App clients in other turn can implement ML models to match user's interests to put interesting frames in "Trending Frames" section.

Same concept can be used for Cast Actions. Having this, a similar to "Discover Actions" – "Discover Frames" page can be implemented, to help user find useful frames, likely categorized by tags.
