IMO branding has been vastly overrated in respect to QSRs. Nobody waits in line at In N Out for 30+ because of their corporate colors and mission statement. Nobody goes to Chipotle for connection. Very few people order Starbucks for reasons other than it’s quick, efficient and consistent. In the restaurant concept world Ops/Execution>Branding

I completely agree, operational efficiency trumps branding in QSRs.
